Pilot Units

For production needs beyond the capabilities of the Spherisator Series BRACE offers Pilot Units with capabilities up to 500 L/h. Pilot Units with one production line and one or a multitude of drip casting heads are suitable to produce significant amount of Microspheres and Microcapsules continuously in single shift or 24/7 operation. Depending on the material, size and application the number of nozzle heads are determined to optimize the usage of the other components.

In close cooperation with our customers the Pilot Units are designed to integrate existing customer know-how and transfer new know-how to the operators timely. Besides the Core-Units (drip casting) BRACE offers a wide range of up- and down-stream equipment to provide totally integrated production.
